About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry for a fast-paced healthcare environment in Dallas, Texas (75201). This role is designed for a skilled professional dedicated to delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards.
The Role in Context
As a Telemetry RN, you will be the eyes and ears of the acute care unit, monitoring patients with high-acuity conditions. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, and maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. You will play a vital role in educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions, all while adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a team-based setting that requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment. You will manage multiple patients simultaneously, monitoring vitals and pain levels to report any clinical changes immediately.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- verifiedBLS Certification
- verified1-2 years recent Telemetry experience
- verifiedExperience with IV therapy and high-acuity patients
Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
