About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Telemetry unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Dallas, TX. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-acuity, team-based settings and are dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. The position involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards while managing the complex needs of acute care patients.
The Role
As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be the frontline observer and advocate for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vitals and pain levels, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a critical role in identifying clinical changes early and maintaining accurate documentation within EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring a smooth transition of care.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS Certification
- verifiedMinimum 1-2 years of recent Telemetry experience
- verifiedExperience with IV therapy and telemetry
- verifiedExperience with high-acuity patients
Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
