This role is designed for a skilled professional ready to deliver patient-centered care within a high-acuity, team-based setting.
About the Role
As a Telemetry RN, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards while managing a diverse patient population. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a critical role in educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions, while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
This position offers a unique opportunity to refine your patient advocacy skills by caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds with varying healthcare needs.
