Travel Nurse RN - Rehab

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Rehab unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Miami, FL. This role is designed for a professional dedicated to delivering patient-centered care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards.

The Role

In this high-acuity, team-based setting, you will serve as a vital link in the continuum of care. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a key role in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility, while closely tracking vitals and pain levels to report any clinical changes immediately.

Beyond direct patient care, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. A significant part of your impact will be educating patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring a smooth transition from the hospital setting. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple patients effectively within a Rehab unit.
