About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Rehab unit in Chicago, Illinois (60601). This is a 13-week contract starting ASAP, offering a competitive weekly pay range of $2,050 to $2,828.
About the Role
You will join a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment where patient-centered care is the priority. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards while managing a diverse patient population. The position requires strong clinical judgment and adaptability as you navigate a team-based setting.
Your day-to-day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, and monitoring vitals, pain levels, and clinical changes. You will also assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech), and educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions. Adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols is essential.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice

- verifiedExperience with IV therapy, telemetry, and high-acuity patients
Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
