About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Rehab unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Dallas, TX. This role is designed for a professional dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining the highest clinical standards in a high-acuity setting.
The Role
In this position, you will be the backbone of the rehabilitation team, ensuring adaptability and strong clinical judgment are applied daily. You will manage multiple patients, performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. Your day will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring vitals and pain levels, and maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. A key part of your mission is educating patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions while strictly adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
