TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rehab unit in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is designed for a professional ready to deliver patient-centered care within a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment. The position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards while supporting patients through their recovery journey.
As a Rehab RN, you will be the backbone of patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering treatments per physician orders. Your day will involve assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility, while closely tracking vitals and pain levels to report any clinical changes immediately. A key part of your mission is educating patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring a smooth transition from acute care to home recovery.
You will work in a team-based setting that requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment. Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation within EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech is essential, as is strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
