We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Rehab unit in Miami, FL. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment. The position offers an immediate start date and focuses on delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards.
The Role in Action
As a member of our team, you will be the backbone of patient recovery in a team-based setting that demands adaptability and strong clinical judgment. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments according to physician orders. You will play a vital role in assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility, while closely tracking vitals and pain levels to report any clinical changes promptly.
Beyond direct patient care, you will maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech and serve as an educator for patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions. Adherence to strict infection control and safety protocols is essential to maintaining a safe environment for all.
Contract Details
This is a 13-week contract with a rotating shift schedule consisting of 4 days per week, 8 hours per day.
