Travel Nurse RN - Rehab

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rehab unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Dallas, TX. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-acuity, team-based settings and are dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.

About the Role

As a Rehab RN, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards while managing a diverse caseload. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility, while closely tracking vitals and pain levels to report any clinical changes immediately.

A significant part of your impact will be educating patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions. You will maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech, adhering strictly to infection control and safety protocols. This position requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of acute care patients.

Shift and Contract Details

This is a 13-week contract starting ASAP. The schedule consists of night shifts, working 4 days per week for 8 hours each. The role is based in Dallas, TX, with the agency job.com LLC facilitating the placement.
