TravelNurseSource is partnering with Magnet Medical to find a qualified Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Waterloo, Iowa. This role provides intermediate care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and treatment than a general medical-surgical unit, yet who do not require the intensive care found in an ICU. The PCU RN delivers critical care to patients recovering from surgery, medical procedures, or acute conditions, monitoring their progress and responding dynamically to changes in health status. Success in this role involves collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients in the PCU setting.
