About the Position

TravelNurseSource is partnering with Mindlance Health to recruit a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Machias, Maine. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in dynamic surgical environments and is committed to delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the perioperative period.

The Role

In this position, you will serve as a vital member of the surgical team, performing both scrub and circulating duties. The role requires versatility, with the ability to work in the recovery room as needed. Success in this position hinges on your ability to communicate effectively with the entire perioperative team while maintaining the highest degree of patient confidentiality. Hiring Process & Requirements

Candidates must be prepared to complete specific onboarding requirements, including the Core Exam (Nursing), Ishihara Colorvision Screening, OR RN Exam, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certification. A CNOR certification is preferred, and a COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for this assignment.
