About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Miami, FL. This role is designed for a professional dedicated to delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards.
The Role
As a Med Surg Nurse, you will operate within a high-acuity, team-based hospital setting that requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment. Your day-to-day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in patient education, guiding families on care plans and discharge instructions, while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
