About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced healthcare environment in Dallas, Texas (75201). This role is designed for a skilled professional dedicated to delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards.
The Role in Context
As a Med/Surg RN, you will operate within a high-acuity, team-based hospital setting that requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, and monitoring vitals, pain levels, and clinical changes. You will also assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech), and educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions while adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements
