Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing conditions

- check_circleAssist with ADLs and patient mobility where applicable
- check_circleMonitor vitals, pain levels, and report any clinical changes
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- check_circleEducate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- check_circleFollow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS Certification
- verifiedMinimum 1-2 years of recent Med Surg experience
- verifiedExperience in hospital or clinical setting
- verifiedExperience with IV therapy, telemetry, and high-acuity patients
Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
