The Role in Context
As a Med/Surg RN, you will serve as a vital link in the acute care continuum. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering treatments per physician orders, and monitoring vitals and pain levels to report any clinical changes promptly. You will also play a key educational role, guiding patients and families through care plans and discharge instructions. Success in this unit requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to navigate various electronic health record systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice

Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
