About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care unit in Dallas, Texas (75201). This role is designed for a skilled professional ready to join a fast-paced healthcare environment where patient-centered care and high clinical standards are paramount.
About the Role
In this position, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients in a high-acuity, team-based setting. Your day-to-day will involve performing detailed patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments according to physician orders. You will play a key role in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring they are well-supported throughout their journey. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple patients while strictly adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
