TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is designed for a skilled professional dedicated to delivering patient-centered care within a high-acuity, team-based hospital setting.

The Role

As an ICU/Critical Care RN, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards for patients requiring acute care. The position involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
