Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide patient care within a home health setting
- check_circleTravel 60-80 miles daily to designated areas for patient visits
- check_circleSchedule visits the day prior to appointments
- check_circleMaintain valid nursing license and BLS certification
- check_circleDocument patient care using Homecare Homebase electronic medical records
- check_circleComplete 6 visits daily including routine visits and reassessments
- check_circleCollaborate with team members and departmental leadership
Requirements
- verifiedValid Driver's License with proof of Insurance
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedat least 1 year of Home Health experience
