About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Skilled Nursing unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment in New York, NY. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-acuity, team-based settings and are dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.
The Role
As an RN in this facility, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards for our residents. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring a smooth transition of care. Success in this position requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously, and a commitment to following strict infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements
