About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Room unit in Dallas, TX. This role is critical for delivering patient-centered care within a high-acuity, acute care hospital setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards while managing the dynamic needs of trauma and emergency patients.
The Role
In this 13-week contract, you will serve as a vital member of a team-based environment that demands adaptability and strong clinical judgment. Your day-to-day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a key role in patient education, guiding families through care plans and discharge instructions, while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS Certification
- verifiedMinimum 1-2 years of recent ER experience
- verifiedExperience with IV therapy, telemetry, and high-acuity patients
Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
