The Role in Context
As an ER/Trauma RN, you will be the frontline of patient assessment and intervention. Your day will involve performing comprehensive evaluations, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments according to physician orders. You will play a critical role in maintaining patient safety by monitoring vitals and pain levels, reporting clinical changes promptly, and adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring a smooth transition of care.

Requirements
