TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Room and Trauma unit in Dallas, Texas (75201). The Role in Context
As an ER/Trauma RN, you will be the frontline of acute care, managing a diverse range of critical situations. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in patient education, guiding families through care plans and discharge instructions, while maintaining rigorous documentation in EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
This position requires strong clinical judgment and adaptability, as you will be managing multiple patients simultaneously in a setting that demands immediate response to changing clinical conditions. Whether assisting with patient mobility, monitoring vitals and pain levels, or adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols, your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting.
