About the Position

TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room (ER) and Trauma unit in Miami, Florida (33101). This role is designed for a skilled professional ready to join a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment where patient-centered care is the priority.

About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high clinical standards. The day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation within EMR systems (such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech) while educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Success in this unit requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously. You will follow strict infection control and safety protocols while assisting with ADLs and patient mobility as needed.
