Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety
- check_circleAdminister medications and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians
- check_circleAssess patients' vital signs and adjust treatment parameters as necessary
- check_circleEducate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and kidney disease management
- check_circleDocument patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- check_circleCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nephrologists and technicians
- check_circleRespond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- check_circleAdhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean dialysis environment
Requirements
