About the Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager role is based at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This 13-week contract position focuses on delivering comprehensive case management services within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Role Context
As an RN Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and ensuring efficient hospital operations. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience and active BLS certification. Candidates with MCG or EPIC system experience are highly valued for this role.
Work Environment
This is a day shift position, working 5 days a week for 8 hours per day. The role may require floating to the Emory Decatur location as needed to support facility operations.
