About the Role
We are seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Bentonville, Arkansas. This 13-week assignment focuses on providing critical care within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting. You will work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) for 36 hours per week, supporting the facility's commitment to high-level neonatal care.
Hiring Process & Eligibility
To be considered for this position, candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted. Additionally, candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past two years are not eligible for this role. RTO (Return to Office) requests must be less than one week in duration.
