This travel nursing opportunity places a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within the Maple Grove and Robbinsdale, Minnesota area. The role emphasizes independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions to provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families. The position fosters a supportive and professional environment that promotes continuous growth and development in the nursing field.
As part of the team, you will collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to develop and revise individualized plans of care. By demonstrating leadership qualities, you will help define and enhance practice standards while promoting exceptional patient care. The role includes active participation in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
