About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a strong background in Neuro Critical Care to join our team in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial for providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions, including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, aneurysm coiling/clipping, and post-neurosurgical recovery.

As a travel nurse, you will be part of a comprehensive stroke center equipped with the latest technology. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. The environment is fast-paced, with patient ratios typically at 2:1, flexing to 3:1 during high census situations.

The Experience

This 13-week travel assignment begins on June 29, 2026, featuring 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) for 36 hours per week. Every other weekend is required. Orientation for this position lasts 24 hours, designed to familiarize you with unit protocols and practices before you begin your shift.
