About the Role
The Millwright is essential to keeping our manufacturing and production operations running smoothly. In this role, you will repair, maintain, and facilitate the installation of complex industrial equipment. Your day-to-day involves installing, dismantling, repairing, reassembling, and moving equipment across various work sites.
You will work on a wide range of machinery, including pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and piping. Success in this position requires the ability to read highly technical instructions and blueprints to understand how machinery works and execute necessary repairs. You will utilize a variety of hand and power tools, as well as equipment for welding, brazing, and cutting.
This role demands adaptability, as you will work in diverse conditions ranging from wet to dry, clean to dirty, and hot to cold, both inside and outside. You will also play an active role in championing a positive workplace and safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and hth companies' Safety Program.
