About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Wilmington, North Carolina. This 13-week contract begins on June 29, 2026, and operates on a night shift schedule (18:45 - 07:15) for 36 hours per week, including every other weekend.

The ED Holding Support Registered Nurse will provide critical care for patients in the Emergency Department waiting for inpatient beds. This role involves managing medical/surgical adult diagnoses, including potential PCU level patients. Nurses are expected to handle MS/Tele cases and may float to the ED and MedSurg areas as needed. The position requires strong skills in telemetry, interpreting dysrhythmias, and performing various medical procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
