About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Kearney, Nebraska. You will provide direct patient care on a 23-bed Medical Surgical unit, maintaining patient-to-nurse ratios of up to 1:6. The role offers a structured, supportive clinical environment with defined staffing ratios and clear scheduling expectations.
This position requires flexibility, including the ability to float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for Medical Surgical assignments if not telemetry trained. You will work 12-hour shifts (days or nights) on a 36-hour weekly schedule, with every other weekend required. The assignment includes adherence to holiday scheduling requirements.
