We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 5-week travel assignment at a Long Term Care facility in Dayton, Washington. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. You will oversee patient care plans, administer treatments, and monitor for changes in condition while collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
Your day will involve supervising nursing staff, educating residents and families on managing chronic conditions, and responding quickly to emergencies. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care, all while adhering to facility safety protocols and regulatory standards.
