We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Wrangell, Alaska. As a Travel Long Term Care RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a positive impact on patient lives while enjoying the flexibility of travel.
In this position, you will oversee patient care plans, administer treatments, and monitor for changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with healthcare teams, physicians, and therapists to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. A key part of your day will involve supervising nursing staff, educating residents and families on managing chronic conditions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. You will be the face of compassionate care, responding quickly to emergencies and delivering critical support when needed.
