We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 26-week travel assignment at a Long Term Care facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. You will oversee patient care plans, administer treatments, and monitor for changes in condition while collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
