About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Waterloo, Iowa. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of critically ill patients while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-acuity environments and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
In this position, you will operate life-support equipment, administer advanced treatments, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care. You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patients, interpreting complex hemodynamic data, and providing education to patients and families regarding their recovery. The environment demands strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, and the ability to maintain continuous concentration under pressure.
