About the Role
Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pueblo, Colorado. This home health placement is designed for a clinician focused on delivering patient-centered care within community settings. The role involves conducting in-home evaluations, developing treatment plans to improve mobility and function, and educating patients and their caregivers. You will work 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts, utilizing an EMR to document care and monitor patient progress.
