About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Travel ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will bring your critical care expertise to diverse hospital settings, helping facilities deliver high-quality, timely, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of acute and life-threatening conditions, performing rapid assessments and prioritizing care using triage principles.
As a traveling clinician, you will adapt quickly to new teams, workflows, and community populations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism, clinical judgment, and patient advocacy. You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Assignments typically range from 8 to 13 weeks, with the potential for extension based on facility needs and your performance. You may work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the facility and assignment.
