About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Travel ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals. As a Travel ER RN, you will bring your critical care expertise to diverse hospital settings across the United States, helping facilities deliver high-quality, timely, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages. This role exists to stabilize and treat patients in fast-paced, high-acuity environments by collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
As a traveling clinician, you will adapt quickly to new teams, workflows, and community populations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism, clinical judgment, and patient advocacy. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally by experiencing different practice environments, expanding your clinical skills, and learning from diverse teams and patient populations.
The Experience
Assignments typically range from 8 to 13 weeks, with the potential for extension based on facility needs and your performance. You may work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the facility and assignment.
