Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Travel ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals. As a Travel ER RN, you will bring your critical care expertise to diverse hospital settings across the United States, helping facilities deliver high-quality, timely, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages.

In this fast-paced, high-acuity environment, you will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients presenting with a wide variety of acute and life-threatening conditions. Your day-to-day involves performing rapid assessments, prioritizing care using triage principles, and adapting quickly to new teams, workflows, and community populations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism and clinical judgment.
