About the Role

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Travel ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals. As a Travel ER RN, you will bring your critical care expertise to diverse hospital settings, helping facilities deliver high-quality, timely, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages across the United States.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of acute and life-threatening conditions. This role requires performing rapid assessments, prioritizing care using triage principles, and collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

As a traveling clinician, you will adapt quickly to new teams, workflows, and community populations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism, clinical judgment, and patient advocacy. Assignments typically range from 8 to 13 weeks, with the potential for extension based on facility needs and your performance. You may work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the facility and assignment.
