About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Travel ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals. As a Travel ER RN, you will bring your critical care expertise to diverse hospital settings, helping facilities deliver high-quality, timely, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages across the United States.
This role exists to support facilities in need by providing skilled clinicians who can adapt quickly to new teams, workflows, and community populations. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients presenting with acute and life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist with procedures, support airway and ventilator management, and perform wound care
- check_circleRespond promptly to codes and other medical emergencies
- check_circleDocument all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the Electronic Medical Record
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients
- check_circleInitiate IV access, administer medications, and monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms
- check_circleAdhere to evidence-based protocols, facility policies, and infection prevention standards
- check_circleAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department
