This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse to join the Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on delivering specialized care within a dedicated rehabilitation unit, requiring a strong foundation in acute and recovery nursing.

This is an auto-offer position based on the Rehab List B criteria. Candidates must submit all requested time off (RTO) with the initial application; requests submitted after the application will not be considered. A maximum of 3 days of RTO is permitted.
Staff are expected to adhere to strict scheduling and attendance policies. Travel RNs are not authorized to work overtime shifts, and incidental overtime is not permitted. Staff are expected to take scheduled meal breaks; missed meal periods will not be approved for additional compensation.
In the event of a code, rapid response, or significant patient event near shift change, nurses are expected to provide a timely handoff and coordinate with leadership to ensure safe patient care while minimizing overtime. Additionally, a 50-mile local radius rule applies to this assignment.
