As a Training Manager, you will lead, teach, and continuously enhance our internal Machinist Internship Program. This role is more than just instruction; it is about cultivating a pipeline of skilled professionals while integrating innovative learning tools like virtual reality and simulation-based training into the manufacturing floor. You will serve as a culture champion, ensuring that every intern receives hands-on mentorship and that our training materials evolve alongside industry standards.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between classroom theory and shop-floor reality. Your day will involve delivering direct instruction, partnering with operations teams to refine on-the-job training, and utilizing data to track intern progress against critical milestones. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that expand our use of advanced learning technologies, ensuring our workforce remains agile and technically proficient.
