About the Role
This position serves as a cornerstone for the Claims PIT department, dedicated to researching, developing, and maintaining the training curriculum alongside departmental workflows and work processes for Claims Operations staff. The role is designed to ensure operational excellence by providing essential training and performing quality reviews during training periods, directly supporting the efficiency and accuracy of the team.
Schedule and Commitment
The role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as directed to meet departmental needs.
