About the Role
As a Planet Fitness Group Fitness Instructor, you will be the driving force behind our PE@PF program, dedicated to helping new members achieve their fitness goals. Your mission is to design simple, effective workout programs and guide members on the proper and safe use of equipment, ensuring every visit is a positive step toward their health journey.
This role is more than just leading classes; it is about creating a welcoming environment where members feel supported. You will be responsible for creating bi-weekly exercise updates and developing creative strategies to promote class sign-ups. Beyond the gym floor, you will serve as a key point of contact for members, answering questions professionally and assisting with front desk activities such as new member sign-ups, account updates, and facility tours. You will also play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club, ensuring a pristine environment for everyone.
