About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support TV advertising operations in Atlanta. This 6+ month contract role serves as the operational backbone for our media team, guiding advertising initiatives from the initial contract setup through final billing completion.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial spots, ensuring accurate execution of campaigns within strict deadlines. Your day-to-day involves processing advertising contracts, scheduling commercial spots, managing adcopy assignments, and maintaining programming schedules. You will act as a central coordinator, working closely with internal teams to resolve scheduling or programming discrepancies and ensuring that next-day start contracts and adcopy instructions are processed timely.
