About the Role
The Equipment Technician is the backbone of our operational reliability, responsible for the full lifecycle of our company equipment. From assembly and testing to maintenance and repair, this role ensures that our fleet and tools remain in peak condition to support our nationwide operations. You will not only perform hands-on mechanical work but also play a key role in optimizing our processes by identifying areas for improvement and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
In this position, you will manage inventory control for tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring that the shop runs efficiently. A significant part of your day involves collaborating with vendors to improve cost efficiency and ensuring all servicing adheres to strict company safety policies. You will also assist in training shop helpers and supervising support staff, helping to build a skilled and capable team.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to pass a drug test and a DOT physical exam. Successful applicants must also provide a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and possess their own basic hand tools.
