As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our plant operations, responsible for the maintenance of plant operations, buildings, and grounds. You will apply your knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles to troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment to operation. This role is critical for ensuring continuous production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with line operators and other maintenance personnel to assist with repairs and troubleshooting, advising teams on safe operation procedures. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day where you might be analyzing and repairing equipment in overhead structures, working beneath machines, or performing preventive maintenance in close quarters. Your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel will be essential to maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
This role is situated in a manufacturing environment typical of foundries and forge shops, where you will encounter dust, fumes, heat, and varying climatic conditions. You may also work in office settings or outdoors. The position requires flexibility to work on the first, second, or third shifts, with availability for overtime and off-shift work in the event of equipment breakdowns.
Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards and must be willing to pass a standard welding test, a pre-employment background check, a physical examination, and a drug test. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and good follow-through to join our team.

Five (5) to ten (10) years of progressive Maintenance experience within a heavy manufacturing environment.
Skills: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Numerical Controls, Power Supplies, Drives, Gages, Test Equipment.
Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required; Two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program required.
