The Trademark Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of our trademark support team. This role is designed to ensure seamless workflow management, high-quality docketing and filing processes, and strict compliance with all relevant regulations. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues, bridging the gap between strategic legal goals and day-to-day execution.
In this position, you will foster a culture of efficiency and accuracy. Your day will involve mentoring paralegals and specialists, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that enhance overall productivity. By developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, you will help the team navigate the intricacies of trademark prosecution, filings, renewals, and oppositions with precision.
This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility to support a dynamic work environment.
