About the Role
This position offers meaningful ownership of complex federal court matters, including discovery strategy, motion practice, depositions, expert management, and claim construction, with exposure to trial and appellate work as matters progress. The role involves drafting and prosecuting applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent offices, as well as supporting due diligence.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing assignments from multiple partners and clients while meeting strict deadlines.
